    What Is Considered Severe Sleep Apnea?

    I was told I have on average 32 incidents an hour from the VA. I read on the internet on some sites saying 20 to 40 is considered moderate sleep apnea, while other sites are saying over 30 is considered severe.     What Reason Besides Sleep Apnea Could Be Causing Severe Sleepiness?

    My CPAP is not making the severe sleepiness go away. I get so sleepy I trip over things and am like being drunk. Yes-the sleep apnea was severe.
