<p>The article is called &#8220;<a href="http://www.insomnia-connection.com/insomnia-remedies.html">How come these natural insomnia remedies are not working for me</a>?</p>
<p>As the article explains, patience is sometimes needed, expecially if you have just stopped taking sleeping pills. On the other hand some people find the natural remedies work straight away.</p>

And I wake up around 4 or 5 am &#8211; and this is the most difficult time of all to get back to sleep.  I feel exhausted the next day &#8211; so I definitely do need more sleep than I get.  Yes &#8211; I do have something on my mind and often my thoughts overtake my desire to get to sleep.</p>
