How to stop anxiety naturally and permanently

CBT involves several sessions with a behavioral therapist in which we can learn how to deal with our problems in other ways, rather than experiencing anxiety. This is probably an over-simplification of this type of therapy but the end result is to change our way of thinking. If you’re intellectually inclined, this may be effective for you.
