I had to write something to put in here so here goes…

My name’s Wendy and I’m a natural health freak, though not to the extent of being boring I hope! I live in a rural area called Greenbank which is in Queensland Australia not far from the Gold Coast.

I have been plagued by insomnia for most of my life and started seriously researching sleep in 2003. In 2004 I had accumulated a fair bit of knowledge and decided to either write a book on the subject or start a website. As I had no qualifications back then the website idea won and Insomnia Connection was born.

I knew absolutely nothing about setting up a website and the poor thing looked a bit amateurish in those days, however you learn as you go and as at the start of 2009, I can say Insomnia Connection and it’s attached blog is moving from strength to strength.

This is not due just to me, but to you, my loyal subscribers. Some of you have been with me since the beginning, and may I say you are all my family!

Speaking of family I have a husband who has his own business and a daughter and two grandsons – I’ve been told there’s no more – living in South Australia.

I have just finished a Diploma in Holistic Health that seemed to take forever. Now I’ve finished it, I’m glad I stuck with it.
