i told my parents i have sleep apnea but they don’t believe me. I told my dad but he ignored me and my mom said to just ignore it. I’m sick of having to deal with this and it really scares me that i might die and i’m only ten. Once i had a dream that the school was flooded with water and i tried to reach the top for air then i woke up and realized i wasn’t breathing. i have it for tons of times and sick of it not being treated

At 10 I am assuming your parents take you to the doctor for routine check ups from time to time. While you are there for your next visist discuss your symptoms with your doctor. YOur doctor will then discuss his thoughts with your parents.
Also, possibly talk with school nurse.
It could be easily correctable.
You should definatly tell someone else like your doctor or school nurse and they will get you help if your parents won’t.
How old are you? If you are scared, I would go to the doctors and tell him/her that you find yourself not breathing when you sleep. My daughter was 7 when I took her for the same thing. They removed her tonsils and adnoids. She still snores but the choking part is gone. On your next check up you should include that information.
