I’ve been sleeping in the guest bedroom for the last 4 nights because my wife could not stand my snoring problem. HELP!

breathe right nasel strips
try not to sleep on your back either because that makes you snore more
try sleeping on your side or the breathstrips work good.
if you gaine weight means that is the reason if is not then look for breathing like nose strips.
just suddup! lol.
There is some snore relieve stuff you can get in the medicine isle of the supermarket. Its over 10 bucks but it works. If you look at the active ingredients you’ll discover that its peppermint, so a cheap alternative is to use peppermint breath spray. Both have worked for me. You might also consider getting your self checked out for sleep apnea, changing your pillow and/or your mattress.
