I just like to recommend a book ” Insomniac” by Gayle Greene. Written from an insomniacs perspective, a professor in English literature.

It would be good to request people who have cured their insomnia through natural means to share their methods to others in this blog.
As an expert you (Wendy) could verify if the methods are genuine before posting. This will benefit a lot of people who might be facing similar problems. People will tend to trust these methods since it comes directly from one’s practical application and experience with positive results.

Aru, that’s an excellent idea.
So folks if you have something that works well for you feel free to share it, because you may be able to help someone else.
Don’t worry if it sounds a bit wacky either. Some of us have strange rituals we perform at the end of the day!

Wendy,
I tried Exotic Fruit Blend Juice, a combination of Acai, Noni, Goji and Mangosteen and lately Monavie and it appeared to work for me but sometimes I suffer from dreams that are tiring, scary and wading in dirty things that makes me tired when I wake up.

Hi Eriesal
Have you read this comment from Christian? Nightmares occur during REM sleep and are therefore common in the mornings.
Have a read of our adult nightmares page too for more info.

Wendy, you have a very handy list of things to try for helping our ailments. My wife reckons that I should read your thoughts on snoring so maybe I should print that out and then pass it on for her to read also. your site is well organized and laid out.
Thank you.
