Quick Sleep Tip

Things have been a little hectic. I have to replace my computer tomorrow so will leave you with this quick, but useful little tip.
If you find yourself waking during the night, or too early in the morning, try cutting sugar out of your diet. This works wonders for some people. You may also lose weight into the bargain!
Did I mention that I passed my Holistic Health Therapy exam? If I already did please forgive!
