		<description>The main reasons for not being able to sleep are stress, you said you have this... Just reducing the stress is the best thing. One thing you should do is not worry about not sleeping, that just causes more stress... If you don&#039;t fall asleep within the first 15 min after going to bed, get up do something. watch tv, but not in bed, eat something, not in bed, make your bed only for sleeping...do everything else outside of the bed...that will help to train your body that when you go into bed it is only to sleep. When you lie down try to clear your mind, just try to think of nothing...or you can use some relaxing tec. start at your feet and work upwards, concentrating on each area and thinking of relaxing your mussels, tell yourself that with each mussel that relaxes you will become more and more tired and sleepy. by the time you reach your head, you will be totally relaxed and ready to clear your mind and go to sleep. This is a hypnotysim tec. that should work.  Good Luck and pleasent Dreams...</description>
