I never slept good in my life until I took ambien CR. That is the absolute best sleep med in the world, non habit forming, you do tend to have conversations and not remember them or get up and eat in the middle of the night and not know about it till you wake up with crumbs in the bed or peanut butter in your hair, but YOU SLEEP GOOD!! I have tried Melatonin and all that jazz, i need the hypnotics to put me out. I think they are amazing!
