Close your eyes and focus intently on your breathing. Take deep slow breaths in and out. Trust me you will fall asleep.
I have been told that eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before going to bed helps you sleep. Supposedly there is a certain chemical in them that causes the body to slow down and prepare itself for sleep, and using grape jelly is advised.
They also say the same thing about bananas.
Sounds strange, but I looked it up and apparently it’s true ._.
So if all else fails, have yourself a banana and peanut butter sandwich with a warm glass of milk and give it a shot.
Hope this helps.
i swear i have that too!!!! wat i do is i have a hot bath or shower then i go to bed and listen to tapes it helps me-kind of
Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/ for more info
Some warm milk and relaxing music would help ^-^
I like to listen to classical music and it really helps me. I have insomnia.
