		<description>My husband uses lunesta.  (You might want to try a higher dose)  He also takes Paxil Cr to help with the anxiety.  He found that he was tired, but the anxiety was what really kept him from sleep.  He also used to take some herbal supplements from the health store, but they were not as helpful as the drugs.</description>

Yet many people have several mis-conceptions and most tend to suggest the same solutions, the real cause is completely psychological.
You may try as many means and recipes as You want, the real thing is that 
a) You&#039;re either becoming obsessed (stressed) by a Problem You seem unable to find a solution for and You&#039;re simply unable to unplug of it 
or 
b) You are so much bored with a sitiation You have been unable to change or are probably just unwilling to change that it dries out Your sleep away during night
In any case of the baove, You truly need to &quot;shock&quot; or short-circuit Yourself and do something radical immediately, so You can get Your sleep back...
