		<description>Expose yourself to plenty of light in the day, try exercising as this will increase your body&#039;s need for deep sleep. Eat well and avoid stimulants and alcohol period. Cut down on sugar and also try and engage in some mental activities too in the day.
In the evenings, give yourself time to unwind, dim lighting, have a relaxing bath, avoid too much stimulation -no work, no food, no stimulants. 
Try listening to some soothing music, breathing exercises and try a glass of warm milk - allthough this isn&#039;t always that effective. In bed try progressive relaxation, try and relax all your muscles from your head to your toes. I hope some of this helps.
